light grills and seafood close to Mediterranean

Chef Aret Sahakyan's great food... Not only
of Türkbükü, but perhaps also one of the best
three restaurants in Turkey...
Its
open buffet consisting of home made food
which starts at 14.00 with a great music
has become a classic. The pizzas and lahmacuns
(Turkish pizza) that come out of the stone
oven opened last year are wonderful. Don't
forget that you can have mantı (a main dish
pastry) on Sundays!
You
feel you are on a quay while having dinner
at tables lined along the bar on the wooden
floor above the beach. The food is just
wonderful. Our recommendations are Risotto
with squid sauce and ribs dipped in pistachios.
It is an ideal restaurant to have a very
romantic dinner with a relaxing music. You
must make a reservation 2-3 days in advance
during the months of June, July and August.

at classical means, the food list and ambience
