Imagine yourself under an olive tree with
the fragrant breeze brushing the
scent of wild sage and thyme over you. The
cicadas are chirring in the pine
woods and your joints are already warming
to the yoga pose which unifies
your body, mind and spirit with this natural
environment. After your class
you sit on a terrace looking out over the
countryside and enjoy a delicious
lunch prepared by village hands from the freshest
of local produce. In the
afternoon maybe you'll go walking out over
the hills to enjoy the
magnificent panoramas and changing scenery.
Or perhaps lounge on the beach
and swim for a while. In the evening you might
have a shiatsu class or dance
by a fire on the beach. Each day is different
and tailored to your needs and
condition. In our courses we aim to create
a balance between the many
possible inward, and outward,looking activities
available and so introduce
you to a Yoga of daily life. |
